Shipping Policy

Shipping & Deliveries

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.


US Standard Shipping Rates & Delivery Time 
Flat Rate of $8.00 on ALL orders under $75 within the US. Please Allow 3-7 Business Days to receive your package.
US Expedited Rates & Delivery Time
Flat Rate of $26.00 within the US. Please Allow 2-3 Business Days to receive your package. All express packages are shipped within ONE business day, if placed before 12PM central standard time. All orders placed after 12PM will be shipped on the following business day.
International Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your items.

NOTE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Tracking My Order
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit the respective shipping site to manually input your tracking number.
Possible Delays
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe
Returned to Sender 
If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be an additional shipping and handling fee of $8.00. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
