At BirthmarQ, we want you to leave as a happy and satisfied customer. In the event we are unable to meet your needs, we are more than happy to issue a store credit. Refunds are currently not available.
ALL RETURN REQUESTS must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days of delivery.
Email MUST include the name and order number for refund processing.
Please note that we only accept items in their original condition (unworn, with tags, free of scents/deodorant)
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Lingerie (Bras, Underwear, Bralette)
- Worn Items
- Damaged/Torn Items
- Clothing with removed tags
FINAL SALE items are non refundable
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please allow 2-5 business days for store credit to be issued following the return of your item(s)
